十岁上下在东北老家非常喜欢吃一个牌子叫“小馋猫”的炸鸡。搬到上海、美国以后虽然吃过各式炸鸡,却没有遇见过一样喜欢的。直到二十九岁第一次吃了popeye,才发现口味和儿时吃的小馋猫炸鸡出奇地相似。

这几年我交了很多吃素的朋友,他们吃素的原因各有不同,有的是父母影响,有的是口味使然,有的是怜悯一条鱼的眼泪,有的是宗教文化。
可共同点是,我很喜欢他们。而且这些个朋友的身体看上去竟比我好不少。
很好奇吃素的生活是怎么样的。
我吃了近三十年肉,如今想试试素食,试它个一年。继续吃蛋、喝奶,但除此以外的肉和海鲜就不吃了。记这篇博客主要是想提醒自己营养问题,列一下各类蔬菜里的重要营养。

B-12: Almost solely in animal products. But can try fortified foods.
Omega-3 fatty acids: Canola oil, soy oil, walnuts, ground flaxseed and soybeans. Fortified foods.
